Email Fraud

aka "Spam"

We have noticed that unauthorized parties are using our domain, oregoncoastbiz.net, to send unsolicited emails. At this time, we haven't received any complaints, but do seem to receive "bounced-back" messages (which may be spam/traps themselves). We never send mass-emails via our site. We will NEVER sell or trade our customers' email addresses with anyone.

Just as it is easy to put any return address on a postcard, it's just as easy to put a fake return address on an email.

If you receive one of these spam emails that appear to come from our domain, please forward them to info@oregoncoastbiz.net,  including any header information that you have, and we will do our best to have it put to a stop.

We do send out newsletters and messages to our mailing list, via Constant Contact. It is a permission-based mailer. If you receive a "mass-mailing" from "us" without the Constant Contact logo at the bottom (which includes an opt-out link), it is probably spam. Email us if you have any doubt.
